• Upon receiving a Request for Quotation (RFQ), we review the specifications and thoroughly examine all details of the piece. Since this is a custom item, our goal is to deliver a cost-effective, top-quality furniture masterpiece. 

• Once we receive your purchase order, we will provide shop drawings, finish samples, and any other requested samples. Production will begin once we have received all necessary approvals. 

• We capture process photos in our workshop and can provide updates during production if you wish.

•  To ensure smooth and effective production, we maintain close communication with purchasers and designers, minimizing any potential gaps. 

• Provide photos of the completed items for approval before packaging. 

• If requested, we will coordinate freight to the desired location.
